At Ristorante San Bartolomeo, we bring Italian cuisine to the heart of Florence, moving naturally between flavours from land and sea.
The name San Bartolomeo refers to Saint Bartholomew, traditionally regarded as the patron saint of butchers. It evokes an age-old craft rooted in expertise, a deep understanding of cuts and the care devoted to meat, one of the cornerstones of our cuisine.
This expertise comes into view through the large glass wall opening onto the dining room. In the bright kitchen, guests can watch the team prepare dishes from land and sea, while the aromas offer a first taste of what is to come. The open kitchen becomes part of the restaurant’s story and the dining experience itself.

Our wine list celebrates Tuscany’s leading appellations and features a rich selection of Italian labels, sparkling wines and Champagne. It is carefully curated to complement the entire menu while offering plenty to discover.

WHERE TO FIND US
Ristorante San Bartolomeo is located at Via del Corso 65R in Florence’s historic centre, between the Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica.
We are less than a minute’s walk from Piazza della Repubblica and around three minutes from the Duomo. From the cathedral, follow Via dei Calzaiuoli and turn onto Via del Corso.
The restaurant is inside Florence’s ZTL (restricted traffic zone). The closest car parks are Garage Tornabuoni on Via del Sole and Garage del Bargello on Via Ghibellina, both just a few minutes away on foot.
